Selling or buying a home? The process can be stressful. Let us remove some of that stress by inspecting your home and identifying any underlying issues. It's not to say that they are all negative. We also notate the positive things. We will advise you of any major defects; things that can lead to major defects, and things that may impede your ability to finance, legally occupy or insure the home.
If you already own a home and would like to possibly reduce your insurance rate, let us do a 4-Point Inspection and / or a Wind Mitigation Inspection. Insurance companies require those in order to be able to provide cost savings on your homeowner's insurance.

We understand that buying a home is a major step, and you want to make sure that you know the condition of what you are purchasing. You don't want any surprises down the road. Rest assured that we will inspect your home like it's our own family's home. We will treat it with the respect it deserves and make sure to provide you with the most detailed report possible in order for you to make an informed decision.
CONCIERGE INSPECTIONS
Building a new home? Let us take the stress off you of overseeing everything being done. No more taking time off from work or using your free time to go see what is going on. We'll be your eyes on the ground. We'll visit the construction site on a weekly basis (or more often if needed), inspect has been done, take notes and pictures, and send you a written report of the current status. If there is anything that we think should be addressed, we will let you know so that appropriate steps can be taken to remedy the situation. At the end of the construction, we will provide you with a final (complete with pictures) inspection report, to include a Wind Mitigation and 4-Point Inspection (for your insurance company). Included is also an 11-Month Inspection, prior to your builder's warranty expiration, so that any issues that might be present can be identified and submitted to the builder.
